FlexTrack with electric operation
At Chillventa, Gaspack will present an important addition to the FlexTrack range: electric operation.
FlexTrack is a hygienic tubular rail system with a robust construction. Its closed shape makes the system easy to clean and eliminates the need for a separate cover cap. This makes FlexTrack particularly suitable for hygienic environments and other applications where cleanability is essential.
The rail system can be constructed in lengths of up to five metres and is suitable for doors weighing up to 250 kilograms.
Thanks to the stainless steel drop system, the rail slopes slightly downwards at both ends. This presses the door firmly against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring optimal insulation. It also prevents the door from coming off the rail in the closed position.
FlexTrack consists of separate modular tube sections that are connected on site. This makes the system considerably easier to transport. All components are manufactured from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Redesigned Salco S-line doors
Salco Industrial Doors will introduce the redesigned version of its S-line hinged and sliding doors at Chillventa.
The updated design makes shorter delivery times possible and includes several additional improvements. Our teams will be happy to explain these changes and their advantages in more detail during the exhibition.
Smoke vent for cold storage and freezer rooms
Another Chillventa premiere is the Salco S-line smoke vent. This solution has been developed specifically for cold storage and freezer rooms with temperatures down to -30°C.
In the event of a fire, the smoke vent opens fully within 17 seconds, allowing smoke to be removed quickly. Optional edge heating prevents the vent from freezing, while the 100 mm thick door panel provides optimal insulation.

Suitable applications include fresh produce storage, frozen food logistics, distribution centres and pharmaceutical facilities.
As fire safety requirements for conditioned spaces become increasingly strict, this innovative design is particularly relevant for companies operating cold storage and freezer facilities.
