FlexTrack is a high-quality stainless steel rail system for industrial sliding doors. The closed tubular rail system is made from stainless steel 304 and combines a robust construction with a hygienic, easy-to-clean design.

The electric FlexTrack enables fast and easy operation of industrial sliding doors. Depending on the application, the door can be operated using a:

This allows the controls to be fully adapted to the working environment and the way the door is used.
Safe electric opening and closing
The electric FlexTrack system is designed for safe and smooth movement of the sliding door. If the control system detects an obstacle while closing, the door immediately reopens.
For doors weighing up to 150 kg, no additional collision protection is required. The controlled movement also helps prevent damage to the door, goods and equipment.
Hygienic and easy to clean
FlexTrack has been specifically developed for environments where hygiene and cleanability are essential, such as the meat and fish industry, food production, cold stores and freezer rooms.
The closed construction made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304 minimises areas where dirt can accumulate. The rounded mounting brackets are attached to the tube without screws, allowing moisture to drain away easily during cleaning. This makes FlexTrack particularly suitable for areas that require frequent and intensive cleaning.
Safe, robust and energy-efficient
The stainless steel drop system ensures that the door is pressed firmly against the frame and floor when closed. This improves the seal of the door gaskets and helps reduce heat or cold loss.
The shape of the rail also prevents the door from coming off the rail when in the closed position. Thanks to the rigid and strong tubular construction, fewer rail supports are required, which also simplifies installation.
